• professional quantity surveying services

Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs.

While Valtra aims to improve verification efficiency and consistency, outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions.

Users should not rely solely on automated outputs when making commercial or contractual decisions.

Users agree:

• not to upload unlawful content
• not to misuse the platform
• not to attempt unauthorised access
• not to upload malicious files or software

Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to upload documents.

All Valtra branding, software, workflows and platform materials remain the intellectual property of Valtra Solutions.

Valtra shall not be liable for:

• indirect losses
• commercial losses
• loss of profit
• contractual disputes
• reliance on automated outputs

Use of the platform is at the user's own discretion and risk.

The platform may be modified, suspended or updated at any time without notice during MVP and development phases.

Valtra may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
